
In this the third article in my series on meditation, I would like to tell you some more about my history and experiences as a student of the self improvement movement, as well as what I have discovered in my neuroscience study and research.I started telling my story in a previous article ("What Am I Doing Here?"), and I would like to expand on that a little farther. I hope that my story will help you to make the changes necessary in your life so that you can live the life you truly deserve.
